High Meadow Farm is located just 15 minutes from Interstate highways 81 and 64 in Swoope, Virginia.
The Virginia Horse Center in Lexington is just 45 minutes south of High Meadow Farm.
Relax and enjoy a rest in High Meadow’s air-conditioned guesthouse cottage, completed in 2009, with bedroom, bath, kitchenette, high-speed Internet and satellite TV. We offer a peaceful place to rest and refresh yourself as well as your horse.
Large, lush, paddocks for field boarding are available, as well as a 60-foot round pen. Our new barn has two 12 X 12 stalls with rubber mat floors, and wash bay. A gravel circular drive gives easy access to loading and unloading.
Current Coggins and health papers are required for all horses.
We’re just 15 minutes from historic downtown Staunton, 35 minutes from Harrisonburg (home of James Madison University) and 45 minutes from Charlottesville.

Directions:
From north take I-81 south to exit 225
Turn right onto route 262
Exit Morris Mill Road, turn right at end the of the ramp. Take Morris Mill Road for 7 miles until you see 5240 Morris Mill Road, and High Meadow Farm on the left. One half mile before the farm, you will pass the Lighthouse Church on the right. Then, look for the expanse of black-board fencing on the left. That is High Meadow.
From south take I 81 north exit 220
EXIT 220- toward US-11 / STAUNTON Take the VA-262 exit-
Exit Morris Mill Road, turn left at the end of the ramp
Take Morris Mill Road for 7 miles until you see 5240 Morris Mill Road, and High Meadow Farm on the left. One half mile before the farm, you will pass the Lighthouse Church on the right. Then, look for the expanse of black-board fencing on the left. That is High Meadow.
